Our Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24hrs of placing your order (Depending on stock, seasonal changes and bank holidays). We send all of our orders out using Amazon Logistics who may use the Royal Mail in certain areas due to depot coverage. All orders are sent on an express service so they should arrive the next working day, should your order not arrive within in 3 working days Please contact us at sales@jacslighting.co.uk and a member of the team will chase up your order with the courier.

Standard Delivery - Your order will arrive using Amazon Logistics or the Royal Mail within 1- 3 working days. Deliveries are made between Monday - Saturday (In February 2021, 97% of all orders sent where delivered the next working day when ordered before 2pm)

Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, or British Forces Post Office addresses. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion. Orders to Northern Ireland will be refunded if they are less than £150.00. Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland may take up to 7-10 working days
Covid-19 Delivery Policy from Amazon Logistics
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, and in order to protect the safety of both consumers and delivery drivers, we have temporarily relaxed the requirement for a signature will be adopting the NO CONTACT DELIVERY PRACTICE.
Consumers will not be required to personally sign the ePOD device orhard copy document but will be required to provide their name verbally to thedelivery driver whereby the driver will include this on the delivery record. Ifa customer refuses to provide their name, the consignment will not be left withthem but fall under the ‘refused goods’ process.
